How to claim your Bite-Free Guarantee: Contact us within 30 days of your purchase at [email protected] with a description of your experience and photos of the bite(s). You have the right to withdraw your consent to submit photos at any time. If you choose not to submit a photo, we can still process your claim based on other information you provide such as a description of the issue. If you are unable to provide photos please provide details of the bite(s) you recieved while using Vow to Repel. Photos provided will only be used to validate your claim an ensure the effectiveness of Vow to Repel. This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through Bugsno. You must have used the product as directed to be eligible. Once we recieve your request for refund, we will review your claim. If applicable, we'll provide a full refund within 7-10 business days.
